The IG app is designed to let you trade CFDs as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can even fund your account directly through the app, giving you complete control on the move. You can also customise content to suit your needs: change the landing page, switch data columns in your watchlists, or combine multiple open positions on a single market with 'aggregate view'.
DMA TRADING ON YOUR iPHONE
The app now lets you carry out Direct Market Access (DMA) trades alongside your Over The Counter (OTC) CFD trading. Clients with PureDMA activated in their account settings can now trade inside the market spread, dealing straight into the order book, whilst on the move. It's also now possible to view extended market depth and liquidity with transparent L2 pricing, through the iPhone app.
You can now place orders to open or close positions via either OTC or DMA. All that's needed is one touch to switch between the two as and when you see fit, leaving orders to work in the market, viewing the fill status for each position.
