How to access Help & Support

The portal can be accessed via the 'Launch Help & Support' button beneath the login box on our website, or from here. 

IG Markets clients can also launch the portal from within PureDeal, using the 'Help and Support' button in the top-right of the dealer. 

Only clients who log in via PureDeal will be able to access the My Queries section, which allows them to raise individual enquiries with our Helpdesk and track our responses.
